TCPA Consent & Disclosures
This page explains the consent you provide when you ask us to contact you, how we may reach you, and how to stop communications at any time. Please read it carefully.

1. Overview
DeanInsurance.com (the “Site”) is operated by Secure Systems, Inc. When you submit your information through the Site — for example, by requesting a quote — you are asking us and our partners to contact you about insurance and related products and services. This page describes the consent you provide for those communications under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law, and how you can opt out.
2. The Consent You Provide
When you submit a quote request or contact form and affirmatively agree to the consent language presented at that time (for example, by checking the consent box or clicking the submit button where the consent language appears), you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted as described below. The full consent language presented at the point of submission reads substantially as follows:
“By submitting this form, I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and I provide my prior express written consent to be contacted by Secure Systems, Inc and the insurance and marketing partners listed here at the telephone number(s) and email address I provided — including for marketing — using automated technology such as an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and automated text messages, even if my number is listed on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. I understand that my consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency may vary, and that I may revoke my consent at any time as described in the TCPA Consent & Disclosures.”
This is the consent language as presented on the Site; the controlling version is the one you agree to at the time of submission.
3. Who May Contact You
By providing consent, you agree that Secure Systems, Inc and its insurance and marketing partners may contact you. The partners who may contact you are identified in our partner list, available at [PARTNER LIST LINK]. We maintain this list so you can see the companies that may use your consent to reach you.
4. How We May Contact You
Your consent covers communications by telephone call, text/SMS message, email, and mail, including communications made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and automated text messaging, at the number(s) and address(es) you provide. These communications may include providing quotes, following up on your inquiry, and marketing insurance and related products and services.
5. Your Consent Is Not Required to Make a Purchase
You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you prefer not to receive automated marketing calls or texts, you can still seek insurance information by contacting a licensed agent or carrier directly, or by contacting us using the details below.
6. Text Messaging Terms (SMS)
If you consent to receive text messages, the following apply: message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any message to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you confirm you are the subscriber or the customary user of that number and authorized to consent.
7. How to Opt Out or Revoke Consent
You may withdraw your consent and stop communications at any time:
✓ Text messages: reply STOP to any text to opt out.
✓ Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
✓ Calls: ask the caller to place you on their do-not-call list.
✓ Anytime: contact us using the details in Section 11.
If you revoke consent with us, we will stop our automated marketing communications to you. Because partners who received your information are independent, you may also need to opt out with them directly. Revoking consent will not affect the lawfulness of communications sent before your request is processed.
8. Records of Your Consent
To document consent and help prevent unauthorized submissions, we and our service providers may use technology that records information about your form submission — such as a timestamp, the page and consent language shown, and certain technical details about your session. These records are maintained to verify the consent provided.
9. State Law
In addition to the federal TCPA, some states have their own telemarketing and consumer-consent laws that may provide additional rights or impose additional requirements. Nothing in these disclosures limits any rights you have under applicable state law.
10. Related Policies
These disclosures work together with our other policies:
✓ Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, and share your information.
✓ Terms of Service — the terms governing your use of the Site.
✓ Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — your opt-out rights.
