Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DeanInsurance.com. Please read them carefully — by using the Site, you agree to them.

Effective date: June 27, 2026  •  Operated by: Secure Systems, Inc

1. Introduction and Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Secure Systems, Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the website located at DeanInsurance.com and any related subdomains, pages, and online services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting information through it, or requesting a quote or referral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 17. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Our Service — We Are Not an Insurance Company

Dean Insurance is an online insurance comparison and referral marketplace. Secure Systems, Inc is not an insurance company, insurer, or licensed insurance agency, and we do not issue, underwrite, sell, bind, modify, or administer insurance policies, and we do not make coverage or claims decisions. We provide general information and connect you with third-party licensed insurance agents, brokers, and carriers (“Insurance Partners”) who are licensed and authorized to offer insurance in your state.

Any insurance policy you apply for or purchase is a contract solely between you and the issuing carrier. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the products, services, advice, pricing, underwriting, servicing, or claims handling of any Insurance Partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. The Site is intended for use within the United States; we make no representation that it is appropriate or available for use elsewhere.

4. No Insurance, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice; No Guarantee of Coverage

All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a licensed professional regarding your specific situation.

Any quotes, premium estimates, coverage descriptions, and cost figures shown on the Site are illustrative only, may not reflect actual rates available to you, and are not offers or guarantees of coverage. Actual eligibility, rates, terms, and coverage are determined solely by the carrier through its own underwriting and application process. We do not guarantee that any Insurance Partner will contact you, offer you a quote, or issue you a policy, or that any quote or coverage will be available on any particular terms.

5. Communications and Consent

When you submit your information through the Site — including through any quote request, contact, or lead form — you agree that Secure Systems, Inc and its Insurance Partners may contact you at the telephone number(s), email address(es), and mailing address you provide, for purposes that may include providing quotes, responding to your inquiry, and marketing insurance and related products and services.

You expressly consent to receive such communications by telephone call, text/SMS message, email, and mail, including communications made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and automated text messaging, at the number(s) you provide, even if that number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

You may withdraw your consent at any time: reply “STOP” to any text message to opt out of texts, follow the unsubscribe instructions in any email, or contact us using the details in Section 20. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of communications sent before we process your request. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to any messages you receive.

[ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED: The specific consent mechanism — including the express-written-consent disclosure and checkbox on the quote form, identification of the parties authorized to contact you, and record-keeping — must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law, which are subject to change. Coordinate this Section with the form’s consent language.]

6. Medicare-Related Disclosures

To the extent the Site provides information about or referrals for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), or Medicare Part D plans, the following apply:

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.

Secure Systems, Inc is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. The Site is operated by a private company and is not the official Medicare website. Plan availability, benefits, premiums, and costs vary by location and may change each year, and enrollment in any plan is completed through a licensed insurance agent or the carrier.

7. Third-Party Services, Agents, and Carriers

The Site may transfer your information to, or direct you to, Insurance Partners and other third parties. Those parties are independent of Secure Systems, Inc, and your interactions with them — including any quotes, applications, policies, advice, or transactions — are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their conduct, content, products, or services. Any dispute you have with an Insurance Partner is between you and that party.

8. Your Information and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described there, including the sharing of the information you submit with Insurance Partners so they may contact you and provide quotes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, design, layout, and software — are owned by or licensed to Secure Systems, Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose; (b) submit false, inaccurate, or another person’s information without authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts; (e) use any automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site; or (f) use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or unsolicited material. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any linked site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURE SYSTEMS, INC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR ACCURATE. YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURE SYSTEMS, INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH AN INSURANCE PARTNER, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Secure Systems, Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any information you submit through the Site.

15. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

[ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED — enforceability, opt-out, and venue vary by state.]

Please read this Section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except where prohibited by law, you and Secure Systems, Inc agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION ADMINISTRATOR] under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

You and Secure Systems, Inc agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of class proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim shall be severed and heard in court, while the remainder proceeds in arbitration.

This Section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to the address in Section 20.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING LAW STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 15, the exclusive venue for any permitted court action shall be the state and federal courts located in [VENUE COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4, 7, and 9 through 16 — will survive.

19. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Secure Systems, Inc regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and us.
